I've had my phone for 3 weeks today and I haven't turned on my television or my radio since I got it! I actually took the time to read the instruction manual on this one! The Epic is an AWESOME smartphone, worthy of being called a minicomputer! Web surfing on the Epic can run with most desktops when it comes to speed! The resolution and picture quality are OUTSTANDING Comparing picture quality from my old Blackberry Tour to that of my Samsung Epic is like comparing a Kodak Instamatic to a Canon EOS Rebel with a zoom lens!
The sound quality on my Samsung Epic is sheer perfection, whether I use the speaker, handheld or bluethooth options. Crystal clear quality is the norm with all three options! The touchscreen is so easy and user friendly that I hardly use the keypad. I used the 3G setting because the 4G will drain you're battery FAST! The phone seems bulky but overall it's a joy to use! You will LOVE the Android Market and sooooo many apps you'll never get tired of your Epic!
The one con that I had was battery life, but I've learned to make sure I close unused apps and change my background to black to reduce the battery drain and I also purchased and extra battery complete with charger for less than 30 bucks!
